Ally has been a phenomenal help to our team. We are a new center located in Allentown and we truly appreciate all of her feedback. Since the start she has reassured us numerous times and taught us new ways to engage with ALL of the children. Although her main assignment was with one child, I’ve seen her offer the staff feedback to engage the entire class in learning related activities. Her personality is very comforting and her child loved her visits. We value having her come out to our center each week being that she always has resources to offer for many parents. She’s a strong advocate for special needs, and will go above and beyond to make sure that each child is receiving the services that they deserve. I cannot thank her enough for helping this specific child with her needs. To see how far she’s come in such a short period of time, against so many odds, has been great. You’re extremely lucky to have her on your team! She is always welcomed back to work with our children.
